Welcome to Amersfoort International School
We offer international primary education for children from 4 to 12 years of age from international families in Amersfoort and surrounding areas.
AIS is accommodated in a light and spacious school building on Noordewierweg in Amersfoort which we share with primary school De Kubus. This attractive location, with its large natural playground, offers our students a safe environment in which they can learn and develop by playing and exploring.

Authorised International Baccalaureate World School
AIS is an official IB World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP). IB programmes are value-based and focused on ‘education for a better world’. This fits with our mission 'Learning for all’, in which diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities are central.
The Primary Years Programme focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in school and in the world beyond.
